- Threaded Folding Rollers: Built with imported polyurethane strips and special steel threaded rollers, our machine offers durability that rivals imported folding rollers. Compared to traditional straight-line grips, these increase the gripping area by 75%.
- On-Demand Lubrication: Features a centralized oil lubrication system with pressure deficit alarms. Equipped with a timer and metering device to ensure consistent lubrication to essential points when the machine is in operation.
- Forward & Reverse Folding: The machine comes standard with 32 open positive folds and easily switches to 32 open reverse folds.
- Paper Conveyance: Wide polyurethane suction wheels with triple holes prevent suction marks and move the separated sheet to the feeding board, facilitating lateral alignment during transport.
