The machine consists of a book core conveyor mechanism, a positioning system, a squaring mechanism, a cutting mechanism, and an output mechanism.

Features Intelligent Control:

  1. Automatic Book Block Conveyance: Automates the feeding of book blocks, previously stitched, glued, dried, and trimmed, entering the machine one by one under photoelectric control.
  2. Automatic Core Positioning: The flipping tray rotates the book block 90 degrees to position the spine upward on the support rail, where it is moved step by step to the rounding and backing station.
  3. Automated Rounding Process: Begins with the rounding module applying pressure to slightly curve the spine, followed by the rounding roller that tightens and rotates to shape the spine's roundness. Both the pressure and rotation angle are adjustable to achieve the desired curvature.
  4. Automated Backing Process: The book block is rolled twice to clearly define the round shape and spine. The backing frame, controlled by photoelectric switches and electromagnets, only activates when the block is correctly positioned.
  5. Adjustability for Book Thickness: Features arc-shaped guides on the support rail, adjustable rounding modules, and backing blades in various widths and radii to accommodate different book thicknesses, ensuring the desired spine curvature and height.

  7. Automatic Lubrication: Equipped with a timed and quantitative lubrication system that ensures all main lubrication points are maintained during operation.
